Integrated Dashboards

Sabentis includes predefined dashboards for each module: risk assessment status, inspections performed, incidents recorded, training sessions delivered, and pending signatures. Access them from the main menu under Dashboards or from each module’s homepage.

💡 Good practiceDefine the audience for each dashboard. A middle manager wants to see “their” department; senior management wants to see the whole picture. Limit the audience by role and scope.

Inspection compliance: inspections performed vs. planned.

Power BI Connection

Request the Power BI connector credentials from your Customer Success Manager.
In Power BI Desktop, add a new data source of type OData or REST as instructed.
Enter the endpoint URL and the provided credentials.
Select the datasets you want to import (risks, inspections, training, etc.).
Model and build reports in Power BI as usual.

Can I schedule the sending of reports?

Yes. From Dashboards you can configure periodic email sends to the users or roles you define.

Is the connection to Power BI real-time?

It works with scheduled refresh. The configurable frequency depends on your plan and the type of dataset.

Do I need a Power BI license?

Yes. The Power BI license is the customer’s responsibility. Sabentis provides the connector and the data.
